Time Commitment - 18 visits over a 13 month period

Location of Study - On site at Boston University Alzheimer's Disease Center or 49 other locations around the United States. 

Eligibility - Men or women 55-85 years of age with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease receiving donepezil (Aricept®) or rivastigmine transdermal system (Exelon® Patch). Must read and understand English and have an eligible informant or study partner (caregiver). 


Goal - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of BAN2401 from subjects with Early Alzheimer’s Disease. 

Time Commitment - 18 months

Brain Imaging in Cognitively Healthy, MCI and AD Subjects- Actively Enrolling

The A4 Study - Actively Enrolling

Location - On site at Boston University Medical Center or over 70 centers across the United States, Canada, and Australia.  See all the locations HERE

Eligibility - Women and men 65-85 years old with normal thinking and memory abilities. Study partner able to answer questions about your memory once a year required.
